Returns & Exchanges

• Apparel: unworn, unwashed items with tags can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for size/color issues. Start a request at [email protected].
• Drinkware & accessories (Harbor Cup, stickers, keychains, etc.): final sale unless damaged or defective on arrival — contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll make it right.
• Print-on-demand / personalized items cannot be returned for change-of-mind.
• Refunds (when approved) go back to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
• Damaged in transit: email photos of the package + item within 7 days and we’ll replace or refund.
